HU works in close cooperation with companies, institutions, educational partners and local and regional governments. HU has over 50 professors and research groups who conduct research into issues arising in professional practice, ensuring constant revision and improvement of our education programs and a valuable contribution to innovation in professional practice in the Netherlands and beyond. Part of that research is the Research group ‘Multilingualism and Education’, which studies the challenges of professionals in their teaching practice, their use of languages, and the different ways in which they foster inclusive education.
